In order to access the PRR Patron Portal, you will need to have ALL of the following:
Question: What if I don't know my PRR Card Number?
Answer: Your card number is located on the front of your player's card.
If you do not have a PRR players card, you will need to visit our property to have a new one printed.
Question: What if I do not know my PRR PIN?
Answer: You will need to visit one of our properties in order to have it reset.
Question: What if I don't have a mobile number associated with my PRR Players card account?
Answer: You will need to visit one of our properties in order to have your mobile number added to your PRR Players card account.
